Everything sold on Codelivly Resources is a digital download that is delivered instantly. Because you get the full product the moment you pay, all sales are final.
1. No refunds
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any product, including bundles, once your order is complete. Please read the product page, the table of contents and any free sample before you buy.
2. Your right to cancel
If you are in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download is made available to you, provided you asked for immediate access and acknowledged losing the right.
At checkout you are asked to confirm exactly that. Your confirmation is recorded on your order and repeated in your order confirmation email.
3. If something is wrong with your file
If a file won’t download, won’t open, is damaged, or isn’t the product you ordered, email support@codelivly.com with your order number. We’ll fix the file, send you a fresh copy or deliver the correct product.
4. Billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged the wrong amount because of a payment error, email support@codelivly.com and we’ll reverse the extra charge to your original payment method. This corrects a billing mistake; it is not a refund of a purchase.
5. Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first. Most download and billing problems are solved by email, and we reply within 3–5 business days. Include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- What went wrong (a screenshot helps)
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
